A very basic interpretation of the approach to wellness is to imagine spokes of a wheel.Each spoke plays an inportant role in the strength and working condition of the wheel.If one or more spokes weekens, the wheel becomes unbalanced and with time, will no longer work properly.Preserving health entails balance in all "spokes" of a human's life : diet, breath taking, water intake, physical activity, relaxation, sunshine, sleep, sexual activity, emotional well being, positive outlook and personal environment, among others.If one or more of these factors is stressed or compromised, it will affect the whole you !
